I mutui sono una chimera, quindi una casa non potremo comprarla... Il carburante costa sempre di più, quindi non potremo muoverci... Un paio di jeans buoni può costare anche 250,00€ (..e che è d'oro?!?), quindi vestiremo sempre peggio... Gli stipendi sono sempre più svalutati rispetto al costo della vita, quindi mangeremo sempre di meno, i jeans da 30,00€ che abbiamo comprato ci staranno larghi perchè saremo dimagriti, e dovremo comprarne altri, stavolta da 20,00€ perchè avremo sempre meno soldi... e così via... Studieremo anche più di 1/4 della nostra vita (chi va all'università almeno 20 anni), e lavoreremo per 1000,00€ al mese o poco più, e dovremo stare zitti e lavorare sodo per mantenere il nostro posto di lavoro, e guardare al telegiornale i metalmeccanici e gli autisti dei tram, che fanno sciopero una volta al mese perchè guadagnano poco, ma che in realtà quel poco è già di più di un impiegato; che vogliono lavorare meno ore a settimana; che quando vogliono farsi le ferie le chiedono direttamente al loro medico e nessuno può dirgli nulla; che rinunciano a giorni di paga pur di scioperare al fianco dei loro sindacati; che i sindacati li pagano ogni mese per farsi aiutare( a fare sciopero); che a 50 anni sono gia ad un passo dalla pensione (solo perchè si sono evitati 10 anni di studio); e che se ci parli si considerano la categoria più disagiata della terra... sapete cosa vi dico? Il Presidente della Giunta regionale lucana, Vito De Filippo, ha ribadito di non aver ricevuto richieste da parte della Campania, speriamo che chi ci governa e rappresenta tenga duro e non permetta questi scempi. Conquistata nel 1040 dai Normanni, fu feudo del signore di Uggiano. Di pregio artistico è la chiesa di San Rocco, detta anche della Riforma, che conserva un polittico del sec. XVII. L'organo, la cantoria ed il pulpito, in legno intagliato e dipinto, sono del 1700. Interessante anche la chiesa di San Nicola, nel cui interno è conservata una fonte battesimale del 1400. Nei dintorni si può ammirare il monastero di Santa Maria d'Orsoleo del XVI sec.
